Meet RJ Jackson – “The Courage Giver”
Like you Like you, RJ Jackson known internationally as “The Courage Giver and The Come Back Queen has seen too many people with amazing gifts, talents, and a defined purpose, settle for less than they deserve, become a hostage to the pain of their past, and lose their way to the circumstances of life. RJ believes that people are convinced that it is too difficult to get back up, too risky to start over, and too late to dream again.
While most believe that everyone has a story, with over three decades of life coaching, speaking, broadcasting, and most importantly, as a leader with real-life, on the battle field experiences, RJ’s view is radically different. RJ believes that everyone is created to be a success story. Unfortunately, people, settle and allow fear to rob them of their greatness. RJ refuses to settle. Not even a diagnosis of a rare eye disease, lupus, or a brain injury holds RJ hostage. RJ, deemed as The Come Back Queen understands that her life’s purpose is bigger than the circumstances she faces. Using the world as her stage, she is a living testament of courage, overcoming, purpose, reinventing, and vision.
Unable to talk or walk after a life-threatening accident in 2015, RJ used her computer to encourage women around the globe until she could grace the stage again. Now, back on stage, barefoot and all, RJ’s innate ability to inspire women does more than move them to tears; RJ moves her audience to action by providing them with easy to use success strategies designed to move them beyond their fear to live a life of purpose. She is gifted at bringing out the best in people. She is admired for her authentic, down-to-earth, practical, and transparent style. Her fusion of real-life stories, humor, and her conversational techniques connect with her audience at an intimate level even before she ever steps foot on the stage.
RJ is a State of California Certified Facilitator, On Board Cruise Lecturer, three times Best Selling Author, and Community Leader and Volunteer. Her 20 plus years of broadcasting allows her to engage people in meaningful conversations on courage around the globe.
Ms. Jackson has been honored around the world as Phenomenal Woman of the Year, Living Legacy of the Year, Woman of The Year, Graduate Student of the Year and Volunteer of the Year. City officials in Ohio, Maryland, and Georgia has honored RJ for her life changing contributions. The Major of Buffalo New York deems June 24 as RJ Jackson Day and the city of Moreno Valley, California acknowledges July 9 as Learning is Fun Day after RJ’s children’s radio broadcast. RJ was presented with the highest coins one can received from the US Army for her women’s day presentation in Barstow California.

RJ is the mother of two supportive adult children and three grandchild who call her “Sweetie” She resides in Southern California.

Unlike most women, RJ does not like coffee, flowers, or chocolate. Yes, you read it right, she does not like chocolate. On the flip side, RJ loves serving, giving, and volunteering. She also enjoys traveling, bowling, reading, the shooting range, riding motorcycles, as well as, making people laugh and feel loved. RJ loves her family and is truly a daddy’s girl.
